Job Summary
Lead European sales for LionsBot's robotics hardware business. Own the full European revenue across markets through dealer networks and strategic key accounts, and develop scalable commercial systems. Build and lead a lean team of P&KA Directors, a Channel Development Manager, and Key Account Directors; collaborate with Singapore-based support to extend capacity. Drive CRM implementation, pipeline reviews, and dealer-health scorecards; create scalable playbooks, quarterly business reviews, and global pricing perspectives. Travel 40–50% across European markets to expand dealer networks, secure enterprise agreements, and ensure channel integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B capital equipment, robotics, or industrial technology sales experience in Europe
- Proven experience building dealer or channel networks across at least 3 European countries
- Experience winning enterprise key accounts
- Hardware sales expertise including lead times, inventory management, and PO-driven revenue models
- Experience in 100–500 employee scale companies (Series B–D)
- Exposure to Asian-headquartered or Asian-led operating environments (minimum 1 year)
- CRM process design and pipeline cadences
- Fluent English; German/French/Nordic languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel 40–50% across European markets
