Job Summary
Vice President of Sales for senior living communities, responsible for strategic sales leadership across multiple communities, overseeing Regional Directors of Sales and Marketing, Sales Specialists, and Call Specialists. Partners with the CSMO and Vice President of Marketing to design and implement sales and marketing plans, establish company-wide OKRs, and drive census targets and revenue growth. Manages recruitment, development, and performance of RDSMs and sales teams; leads training programs for Executive Directors; drives lead generation and high-quality marketing campaigns; conducts regular site visits, reports progress to executives, and stays current on industry trends to refine sales strategy. The role requires senior living experience and residence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
