Job Summary
Oversee the entire sales division for a building materials manufacturer, including retail and commercial segments. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to support company growth, streamline sales processes to improve efficiency, and create a culture of continuous training, teamwork, and accountability. Coach and mentor the team to optimize performance, develop annual sales plans and individual/team goals, and monitor KPIs to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
