Vice President of Sales, ANZ

Vice President of Sales to lead the ANZ business for Glean, owning the Australia and New Zealand market, driving revenue, and building a high-performing regional sales organization. Responsibilities include coaching and scaling the sales team, establishing and refining market coverage and go-to-market strategy, forecasting and pipeline inspection, territory planning and execution, developing executive relationships with customers, prospects, and partners, partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales development, solutions engineering, customer success, partnerships, finance, people, recruiting) to drive growth, recruiting and developing top sales talent, and providing market feedback to influence product strategy. The role is hybrid, with 4 days per week in the Sydney office, and requires a senior leader capable of operating in a fast-moving, matrixed environment while maintaining close involvement with field activities and deals.
