Job Summary
Vice President of Sales and Marketing leading strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and growth targets across BSLC communities; responsible for lead generation, digital and traditional marketing, customer engagement, and collaboration with Regional Directors of Sales and Marketing to implement company-wide strategies; required to travel ~50% for on-site visits and training, and to oversee budgets, marketing collateral, vendor relationships, CRM and digital tools; strong leadership, strategic thinking, and knowledge of senior living markets are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level college education
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing
- preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals in a multi-site environment
- Overnight travel to community locations and industry events, approx. 50% of the time
- Current driver’s license and compliance with Bethesda Auto Policy
