Job Summary
Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans across senior living communities, drive occupancy and revenue growth, lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee lead generation, digital and traditional marketing, and customer engagement initiatives, and provide leadership and training to DSMs/EDs to achieve growth targets while aligning with BSLC’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level college education
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals in a multi-site environment
