Job Summary

Executive-level P&L ownership of the residential replacement, repair, maintenance, and service business across all markets. Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, market expansion, and revenue performance. Lead a team of approximately 40 employees including Service Operations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and Customer Service Director. Implement scalable processes, KPI dashboards, and operating playbooks while leveraging ServiceTitan and NetSuite to drive performance. Approximately 20-25% travel, especially during expansion periods when getting new markets off the ground. Relocation assistance offered. Direct exposure to the CEO and Board with opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business unit.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions or markets in an aftermarket, service-oriented business
  • Experience growing businesses through geographic expansion, opening new locations, or entering new markets
  • Strong P&L ownership experience and a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment with executive and board-level exposure preferred
