Job Summary
Lead regional Fixed Operations with full P&L responsibility across multiple locations; oversee Parts and Service departments, drive SOP compliance, and implement monthly operational reviews. Manage safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of locations; support whole goods and lease/rental operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) and at least 8 years of industry and leadership experience. Significant travel to assigned locations is expected.
