Job Summary
Senior Aerospace SSP is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead global quality strategy ensuring product integrity in compliance with aerospace standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of quality leadership in aerospace. Proven experience with AS9100, NADCAP, FAA requirements necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related industrial, scientific, or business field required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing industries
- Deep expertise in AS9100, NADCAP, FAA, and DoD regulatory requirements
- Proven track record in leading large quality organizations with both QA and QC responsibility
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, special processes, and supplier quality management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree preferred
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
