Vice President of Property Accounting

Vice President of Property Accounting leads Controllers teams to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting across assigned portfolios and oversees centralized functions (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Accounting Systems, Property Transitions, Treasury, Lease Administration, SOC/Audit). Drives process improvements, standardization, and scalable operations; partners with Property Management, Asset Management, and Corporate teams to ensure GAAP compliance, onboarding of new properties, and audit readiness. Champions system implementations and integrations (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Avid) and development of leaders, with a dual leadership model across Controllers and centralized functions to drive performance and transformation in real estate finance.
