Vice President of Project Management

Lead end-to-end delivery across the project portfolio, including managing and developing Project/Program Managers (including manager-of-managers), driving controls for scope, schedule, budget, change orders, and margin performance; build/improve PM processes, systems, and forecasting cadence; partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to resolve constraints and reduce risk. Requires 10+ years in project/program management in manufacturing/custom fabrication/construction, 5+ years in senior PM leadership with $500K–$5M+ projects, strong financial acumen and ERP/PM tools experience (Epicor preferred), and a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with PMP/Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
