Job Summary
Executive leader responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving growth in Northeast Florida for a growing construction firm. Lead business development and client relationships in K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, and Government sectors; mentor teams; partner with senior leadership on long-term strategy and market positioning; requires proven operational leadership in a General Contractor context and a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred). Proficiency with construction/operational software is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven operational leadership experience within a General Contractor, particularly across education, municipal, or government projects
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency with construction and operational software platforms
