Job Summary
Oversee the design, growth, and daily execution of all New Horizons of SWFL afterschool programs while ensuring educational curriculum aligns with the organization's Christian mission and values. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate program staff; develop key performance indicators and interpret data to measure program efficacy and student success. Ensure educational content meets high standards and complies with all state, local, and grant regulations. Build strong relationships with local schools, churches, parents, and community stakeholders. Requires a dedicated, practicing Christian with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or Educational Administration, proven teaching or administrative experience, and at least five years supervising staff. Competitive salary range $55,000 - $62,000 with health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A dedicated, practicing Christian who agrees with and upholds our Statement of Faith
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a current/former school teacher or school administrator
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising staff, managing teams, and leading program operations
- Demonstrated ability to understand and develop program metrics, analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
