Job Summary
Lead product strategy and project execution for NexGen Virtual Workplace, driving market positioning, UX/UI design, and Agile/Waterfall project management. Write epics/user stories, collaborate with engineering/design/marketing, and guide data-driven iterations (A/B testing, usability metrics) to improve product experience. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with user expectations and technical feasibility; leverage Jira/Confluence for backlog, sprints, and documentation. Emphasizes SaaS product launches, market research, and strategic roadmapping.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, UX/UI design, and project management (SaaS experience preferred)
- Expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience launching SaaS products and conducting market research & positioning
- Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, user needs, and technical development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
