Job Summary
Design, implement, and oversee the credit union's organizational development, human resources, and training strategies in close partnership with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Provide strategic oversight for workforce design, total compensation, succession planning, and performance measurements while delivering administrative support to the Board. Lead executive committees including the Benefits Committee, 401(k) Fiduciary Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and Policy Governance Committee to drive culture and performance. Manage the development and execution of strategies that enhance human capital and align with Park View's mission of Neighbors Serving Neighbors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field
- 5 years experience in financial institution or non profit/mission-based sector
- 3 years experience providing leadership and functional area oversight
- SHRM, ATD, HRCI certification or related
- In-depth knowledge of culture development, human resources management, and/or training effectiveness
- Experienced with board leadership and development
- Ability to lead at the highest level of the credit union
