Job Summary
Direct regional property management leadership for a portfolio of 3,400+ rental units, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and financial operations to meet or exceed budget goals and break-even targets. Mentor Property Management Regional Directors on due diligence, rehab projects, and lease renewals while ensuring strict adherence to affordable housing regulations, Fair Housing plans, and agency compliance. Analyze Yardi dashboards for operational metrics, develop staffing plans, and collaborate with Asset Management and Development to drive portfolio growth and revitalization initiatives. Maintain responsive relationships with residents, community partners, and public agencies to implement social and economic programs that maximize resident potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or other related degree
- 10 years of progressive responsibility in property management, hospitality or retail experience
- 8+ years of multi-site, multi-family multi-property type operational management experience
- Regional Manager or a comparable role in hotel/resort/retail management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and in Yardi or other industry software
- Real Estate License
- Prior experience in and knowledge of affordable housing and applicable compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certification such as Certified Property Manager, Accredited Apartment Manager, etc.
- Real Estate License preferred, or if required by state law
- Prior experience in and knowledge of affordable housing and applicable compliance is strongly preferred
