Job Summary
Lead the mechanical division by determining and promoting company goals, products, and achievements while ensuring overall customer and financial performance. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance for all operations personnel, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity across commercial, industrial plumbing, mechanical, process, and HVAC contracting. Develop strategies and objectives, participate in the interview process for key hires, and maintain strong relationships to drive accountability for performance results.
