Vice President of Operations - Industrial Electrical Services & Contracting

Job Summary
Own multi-project P&L, revenue, job-cost margin, and EBITDA across concurrent industrial, commercial, and data center electrical projects. Drive billing, collections, and cost-to-complete discipline to maintain cash flow while enforcing schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety culture aligned with OSHA and NFPA requirements. Build and manage an apprentice-to-journeyman-to-foreman workforce development pipeline that produces field leadership from within. Partner with estimating to ensure bid accuracy, labor productivity assumptions, and project risk pricing that protect margin at award. Recruit, develop, and hold accountable foremen, superintendents, and project managers capable of running complex projects independently. Lead client and general contractor relationships to drive repeat work and preferred contractor status.
