Bridge design intent and field execution by managing architects, designers, and specialty subcontractors to prevent scope drift. Build and manage a curated network of artisan vendors, recruit project managers, and develop site supervisors capable of executing with precision. Enforce quality and presentation standards across all active projects to protect the organization's reputation in an affluent, relationship-driven market.
