Job Summary
Build the operational and organizational framework required to support significant expansion and double the size of the business. Develop scalable structures, leadership roles, and operating rhythms while partnering on strategic planning, capacity planning, and acquisition integration. Mentor a high-performing leadership team and create recruiting strategies to attract and retain talent across multiple sites. Ensure operational capabilities align with revenue growth by partnering with sales leadership to improve responsiveness and customer experience. Implement practical operating systems that enhance consistency and profitability without creating bureaucracy. Maintain a visible presence throughout the organization through branch visits, ride-alongs, and customer meetings, traveling approximately 30–40% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Equipment rental, HVAC services, specialty contracting, construction services, or related industry experience
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Significant multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for managers and senior leaders
- Demonstrated success helping organizations scale through periods of growth and expansion
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing leaders
- Experience creating recruiting strategies and workforce development programs
- Strong customer-facing leadership experience
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, including overnight stays
