Job Summary
Oversee multi-site operations across warehousing, logistics, and technical service teams to drive efficiency, safety, and standardized processes. Lead end-to-end coordination of delivery, installation, equipment refurbishment, and inventory management while optimizing routing, delivery timelines, and cost structures. Manage internal transportation functions, third-party logistics providers, and after-hours technical support to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Establish clear reporting structures, monitor KPIs across all functions, and implement automation initiatives to enhance forecasting and decision-making. Build and mentor high-performing teams across warehouse, logistics, and technical functions while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- multi-site responsibility
- experience within a highly regulated industry
- Proven success managing warehouse operations
- Proven success managing logistics teams
- Proven success managing field service teams
- Experience operating within WMS systems
- Experience operating within ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills
- ability to manage diverse teams
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to U.S. branch locations
