Drive operational excellence, improve efficiency and customer experience, and build scalable processes to support future expansion. Mentor senior operational leaders and collaborate with the executive team on business strategy, monitoring KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance culture within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in the home services and construction sectors.
