Job Summary
Senior commercial leader driving revenue growth and pipeline development in nutraceutical contract manufacturing. Owns full sales cycle from prospecting to close, builds and expands executive-level relationships with strategic customers, and leads cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance. Combines hands-on sales execution with strategic leadership to target high-value, long-term opportunities, manage complex deal structures, and guide pricing and commercialization timelines. Requires deep co-manufacturing expertise, C-suite credibility, and an owner’s mindset; role can be worked remotely within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in nutraceutical / dietary supplement / pharma contract manufacturing sales
- Proven success selling co-manufacturing services (not finished goods)
- Track record of building and growing executive-level relationships
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures
- Strong understanding of FDA, cGMP, and regulatory environments
