Vice President of Medical Care

Vice President of Medical Care leads transformation to position our medical practice for the future, acts as Medical Director and Operational Lead, and drives high-quality, patient-centered care across a multi-site health system. Responsibilities include clinical strategy and optimization, staff recruitment and development, organizational leadership, evidence-based medicine and clinical practice oversight, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations. The role focuses on improving health outcomes for historically marginalized communities, integrating public health with clinical care, upholding social justice in community health centers, and partnering with Talent Office and policy/advocacy teams to address health inequities. Requires wide-ranging leadership across clinical services, provider performance, credentialing/licensing, and organizational governance, along with strong communication and strategic management skills. The position emphasizes building and sustaining a reflective, culturally affirming care model aligned with quadruple aim and population health goals.
