Job Summary
Vice President of Marketing responsible for managing development and execution of marketing initiatives for products to maximize profits and customer satisfaction. Duties include launching marketing plans, conducting market research and competitive analyses, managing customer databases and electronic marketing initiatives, overseeing marketing collateral, coordinating digital writing/editing, tradeshows and media placements, ensuring current product catalogs, designing training programs with sales, and overseeing budget, staffing, KPIs, and leadership development. Requires strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), proficiency in Microsoft Office with familiarity in Dreamweaver/Illustrator/Photoshop, and demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and communications skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, life sciences or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in product marketing, specifically with product positioning, pricing, and packaging
- A minimum of seven years of supervisory experience
