Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in managing executive-level relationships with homeowner associations (HOAs)
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Experience serving on HOA boards or community advisory groups
- Proven track record achieving targeted financial and guest experience results
- Consistent dedication to operational excellence
- College degree, preferably in Hospitality Administration or equivalent work experience
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
