Vice President of Land Acquisitions

Negotiate and execute contracts for residential lot and land acquisitions in Raleigh and Wilmington markets while underwriting all deals using the LGI Homes methodology. Manage potential acquisition budgets and costs, and recruit, train, and manage additional staff as needed. Some travel may be required.
