Job Summary
Senior leadership IT role directing the IT department and multi-site team to deliver customer-focused technology solutions; responsibilities include shaping business processes, enterprise architecture, security and risk management, vendor relationships, and cost-effective IT services while partnering with all departments to enable agility and competitive advantage. Requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field, 5+ years leading IT teams, strong collaboration and negotiation skills, and ability to travel up to 25%. Master’s degree in Technology Management or related field preferred. In-office role in Culloden, WV with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field required
- 5+ years’ experience leading an IT team; industrial experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; in-office role when not traveling for business
