Vice President of IT Business Systems and Data Analytics

VP of IT Business Systems and Data Analytics is a senior technology leadership role responsible for strategy, delivery, and optimization of financial and business application systems within a growth-focused Credit Union. The role leads integration of enterprise applications, data analytics, and AI to drive business value, governance of data assets, and a data-driven culture. Key responsibilities include establishing agile delivery frameworks, overseeing the Fiserv core banking system and other critical platforms, defining KPIs/SLAs for uptime and ROI, driving cloud transformation (Azure/AWS), managing vendors and partnerships, and guiding enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy in collaboration with CIO and business leaders. Required skills include strategic delivery leadership, API-driven architectures, cloud-native applications, strong vendor management, and banking domain expertise. The position is hybrid, based at the Corporate Headquarters in Yuba City, CA, with on-site collaboration complemented by remote work.
