Job Summary
Develop, execute, and own a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap in partnership with the ELT, providing technology leadership and driving digital transformation initiatives that support business growth. Develop and manage the annual IT budget (OpEx/CapEx) in collaboration with the CFO, ensuring cost-effective procurement and ROI. Oversee IT operations and infrastructure for stability, security, and high availability of networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user computing. Manage lifecycle of core business applications; deploy AI and automation solutions to enhance productivity. Act as primary liaison for MSPs and key technology vendors, defining SLAs, contract negotiations, and value realization. Lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity program with MSSPs, including threat management, incident response, security training, and policy development. Ensure IT compliance with legal/regulatory requirements; establish governance policies and risk management. Build and lead the in-house IT function with a customer-centric culture and clear communication to stakeholders. Note: role is based in the NY office and not eligible for sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 12-14 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities; ability to communicate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience building and managing IT strategy, budgets (OpEx/CapEx), operational IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs
