Job Summary
Lead IT & IS strategy for a large privately held retail company, overseeing the Information Technology and Information Systems departments to drive digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include developing and executing the technology roadmap, cloud migration, data analytics, ERP/POS/WMS/CRM optimization, and multi-location retail IT operations, while managing IT infrastructure, vendor relationships, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Requires 15+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise IT and retail technology, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISA a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in IT & IS leadership, with expertise in enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, and retail IT operations
- Experience managing multi-location retail IT systems and omnichannel e-commerce integration
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP, WMS, CRM, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI-driven retail solutions
- Experience in big data analytics, IoT-enabled retail technologies, and machine learning applications
