Job Summary
Senior VP-level leader to define and execute global influencer strategy across platforms, driving measurable ROI. Own the end-to-end influencer channel from strategy and architecture to partnerships, contracts, content approval, and reporting. Build and mentor a high-performing team of influencer marketing managers, coordinators, and agency partners. Forge and manage relationships with top creators, talent agencies, and MCNs; negotiate high-value partnerships and long-term brand deals. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing, Social, PR, and Product teams; ensure FTC compliance and platform policy adherence. Define KPIs, build robust measurement frameworks to demonstrate reach, engagement, sentiment, EMV, and attributed revenue; manage multi-million dollar budgets and optimize creator selection, content strategy, and campaign performance. Present results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; become the go-to voice on creator strategy across the business.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on influencer or creator marketing at a senior level
- Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs that drive measurable brand and business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy, social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels), and influencer tools/platforms
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing multi-person marketing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and negotiating complex partnership agreements
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metrics, attribution modeling, and reporting tools
- Experience in a consumer brand, agency, or high-growth startup environment preferred
