Vice President of Human Resources

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, overseeing payroll administration, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain HR policies, manage the HR team, and partner with business leaders to support workforce needs while leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline processes and reduce administrative burden. Administer employee engagement surveys, oversee investigations and disciplinary actions, and utilize workforce analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining a positive employee experience across the organization.
