Job Summary
Vice President of Human Resources leading multi-state hospitality operations; oversees compliance with federal/state/local labor laws, talent acquisition and onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and HRIS/ATS systems; drives strategic HR initiatives, organizational design, culture, and workforce planning across multiple states; requires senior leadership experience in hospitality and a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with preferred SHRM-SPHR certification.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience
- at least 3 years in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred
