Job Summary
Regional Director of Human Resources for NewVista Health & Wellness will provide general HR support and cultural guidance across multiple behavioral health facilities in OH and IN, with regular facility visits and travel. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, partnering with business functions and HR leaders, overseeing the full HR lifecycle, driving employee engagement and culture, implementing recruitment and retention plans, improving employee experience, and ensuring confidential handling of information. The role requires a four-year degree, strong HR experience with multi-facility responsibilities, and travel to facilities; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent
- Three or more years of HR experience with multi-facility responsibilities
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in human resources, including recruiting
