Job Summary

Set and enforce legally compliant HR policies while driving long-range strategic talent management goals and leadership development for DYNE Hospitality Group and DYNE Development. Collaborate with executive leadership to define organizational mission, research and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, and guide the HR management team on resolution of complex issues. Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, and safety laws; maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices. Identify key performance indicators to assess organizational success and market competitiveness. Create leadership development strategies, execute networking conferences, draft staffing and HR department budgets, and manage insurance for property, liability, workers' compensation, and trade name restoration.

Required Qualifications

  • Executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR & People function/operations
  • Setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals
  • Leadership development for DYNE Hospitality Group and DYNE Development
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals
  • Identifying ways to support the mission through talent management
  • Researching, developing, and implementing competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the human resource management team
  • Assisting with the resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Maintaining knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
  • Identifying key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and talent management functions
  • Assessing the organization's success and market competitiveness based on metrics
  • Creating and developing leadership development strategy and training for leaders throughout DYNE
  • Executing personal development and networking conferences and events
  • State of HR provision at all MOTS meetings
  • Developing Benefit Open Enrollment Communications Plan
  • Drafting and implementing the organization's staffing budget and the human resource department budget
  • Maintaining insurance for DYNE: Property and Liability, Workers' Compensation, Trade Name Restoration, EPL
