Job Summary
Vice President of Human Resources leads strategic HR partnerships across multiple operating companies, delivering executive-level HR advisory and internal HR leadership. Drives talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, and organizational design; guides workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning. Partners with CHRO-level stakeholders, shapes enterprise HR strategy, and contributes to high-impact initiatives such as M&A integration and organizational redesign. Coaches leaders on performance management, employee relations, and development; uses data to drive HR programs and decisions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Hybrid schedule with three days in office, emphasizing leadership development, culture, engagement, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience operating at a strategic level with senior leadership
- Strong background across core HR functions (talent, comp, ER, L&D)
- Advanced degree in HR or related field
