Job Summary
Vice President of Hospitality overseeing guest experience, revenue generation, and financial performance at Angel Stadium. Leads hospitality operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and client engagement to deliver high-quality service and profitability. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years leadership experience (including P&L) in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions for a sports and entertainment venue.
- Proven ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow high performing talent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management; customer- and client-service oriented.
- Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS systems.
