Job Summary
Executive leadership role overseeing financial planning, revenue cycle, provider compensation, coding, CDI, and rural health initiatives within a large multi-specialty medical practice group. Responsible for financial management, budgeting, dashboards, and policy compliance; requires expertise in physician compensation models, wRVUs, coding education, and data-driven performance analysis; collaborates with the System CFO and Chief Health Integration Officer to drive long-range financial plans and ensure sustainable financial targets. Located at corporate Headquarters in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, MHA, and/or CPA highly desirable
- A minimum of ten (10) years of finance/operations experience in a large, integrated health system
- A minimum of 5 years or more in medical group senior management
- Knowledge of physician compensation plans
- Experience with physician compensation models, wRVUs, and external benchmarking (MGMA)
