Vice-President of Finance

Custodian of company assets and head for financial leadership, overseeing cash management, external relationships with banks and financial partners, and the development and enforcement of accounting policies, controls, and reporting frameworks to achieve financial goals. Leads financial analysis, budgeting, treasury, risk management, and strategic planning; collaborates with executives to prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and management reports, while ensuring GAAP compliance and staff development. Oversees internal controls, budgeting processes, and KPI setting; partners with HR on staffing and training; directs finance-related contract review, insurance programs, and risk mitigation; provides executive-level financial updates and supports strategic initiatives through financial insights and performance metrics.
