Job Summary
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure accuracy of reporting and bank reconciliations, and analyze trends to drive performance improvements. Develop financial policies, lead annual budgeting initiatives, and prepare executive reports for physician leadership. Manage payroll operations, workers' compensation, and tax reporting while supervising medical billing and accounts receivable. Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Mentor the accounting team and implement operational improvements across multiple entities. Full-time, in-person role with a salary range of $150,000-$180,000 plus production bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- 10-15 Years of Accounting and Finance Experience
- 10-15 Years of Accounting Management Experience
- Multi-Company and Multi-Site Accounting Experience
- Payroll and Workers' Compensation Experience
- Basic Tax Knowledge
- Experience Converting Financial Systems (QuickBooks, Payroll Platforms, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
- Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
- High Level of Professionalism and Confidentiality
- Strategic, Hands-On Leadership Style
