Vice President of Finance

Job Summary
Vice President of Finance leading strategic financial planning, FP&A, and risk-based contract oversight for a healthcare-focused organization; responsibilities include guiding budgeting, financial modeling, capital allocation, and partnering with clinical/operational teams to drive growth within value-based care models; requires extensive senior financial leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare startup and a track record of building scalable processes and providing actionable insights to executive leadership and investors.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing finance teams
- Strong experience with value-based care or risk-bearing payment models (e.g., Medicare Advantage, global capitation, ACO REACH)
- Working knowledge of MSO–PC structures and CPOM considerations
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems, reporting tools, or ERP platforms
- Clear communicator with ability to influence across stakeholders
- Ability to translate financial analysis into operational levers
