Job Summary
Vice President of Facilities & Property Management provides executive leadership and strategic direction for Nexus Family Healing’s property management across a geographically dispersed portfolio, overseeing facility operations, capital planning, construction, and environmental services. Partners with executive leadership to align property strategy with growth and financial objectives; ensures facilities are safe, compliant, and cost-effective to support high-quality service delivery. Core responsibilities include developing scalable operating models for multi-site portfolios, governing vendor management, risk management, life-safety readiness, financial and capital planning, KPI definition and monitoring, and driving organizational capability and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building with diverse stakeholders, and a focus on innovation in operations aligned with Nexus’s mission, values, and treatment philosophies. Location is Plymouth, MN with hybrid work arrangement and frequent travel; starting salary range $160,000-$185,000 annually; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar property management related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting multi-site and geographically diverse properties
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license required
