Job Summary

Lead strategic real estate, facilities, and capital projects for LifeSouth, overseeing portfolio management, site selection, lease negotiations, and construction projects. Partner with executive leadership to align real estate and facilities operations with organizational priorities; manage facilities and fleet operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective execution. Drive budgeting, vendor management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational growth. Requires after-hours availability, travel within the service area, and regular interaction with executive leadership to communicate progress and financial impacts. Masters or PMP preferred; role based in Gainesville, FL with ability to reside anywhere within LifeSouth's service area.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, real estate, facilities management, capital projects, construction, or operations
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the organization's service area
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet LifeSouth's driver eligibility requirements
  • Criminal background check and drug screen required upon conditional offer of hire
