Job Summary
Own the construction P&L with direct accountability for revenue, job-cost margin, and EBITDA across the full project portfolio. Direct the estimating function to ensure bid accuracy, scope discipline, and strategic value engineering that wins work without eroding margin. Build and manage preferred partner relationships with Tier-1 general contractors, developers, and owners reps to drive bid access and repeat work. Own project delivery from mobilization through closeout, enforcing schedule adherence, cost-to-complete discipline, and quality standards. Institutionalize proactive change order identification, documentation, and negotiation to protect margin on complex, scope-evolving projects. Optimize the deployment of large field crews and specialty subcontractors across simultaneous projects in a high-demand labor market. Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards that minimize liability, warranty exposure, and project risk. Recruit and develop a high-performing team of project managers and superintendents capable of executing independently on complex builds.
