Vice President of Commercial Finance

Oversee all aspects of the Company’s finance function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements; serve as the primary finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, and Head of Marketing, providing financial leadership and strategic insights; oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all commercial activities including sales, marketing, and trade spending; develop and implement KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor performance across channels; conduct profitability analysis by customer, channel, product, and promotion to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin expansion; collaborate with sales and marketing to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ensure ROI on trade investments; develop models for forecasting trade spend liabilities and analyzing their impact on gross-to-net revenue; evaluate market trends, pricing, and internal costs to recommend pricing strategies; evaluate the financial impact of new product introductions and pricing changes; build partnerships internally and externally to drive collaboration and effectiveness; drive process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies; compensation: $190k-$220k plus bonus; location: Irvine, CA and Long Beach, CA; hybrid work schedule.
