Job Summary

Design and launch Cardone Ventures' new Tax Services practice from the ground up, establishing service models, pricing, delivery processes, and quality standards. Lead tax strategy engagements for small and mid-market clients to reduce liability and optimize entity structures, while overseeing compliance services and transactional advisory for M&A and growth events. Recruit and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals, implementing training programs and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on business and individual taxation, collaborating with leadership to align services with the company's client success mission.

Required Qualifications

  • CPA license
  • Advanced degree in Taxation (MST or JD/LLM)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or tax advisory
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise across business tax compliance, tax planning, and tax consulting
  • Proven track record of building or significantly growing a tax practice or service line
  • Strong experience serving small business and mid-market clients ($1M–$100M in revenue)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to speak on the phone with clients
  • Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office
