Job Summary
Lead, manage, and build out the canvassing department in the Greater Austin area; recruit, hire, train, and develop the canvassing team; develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads; monitor metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met; work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process. Relocation assistance is available regionally.
Required Qualifications
- Proven canvassing experience within the home improvement or home services industry is required
- Experience managing a canvassing team is required
