Job Summary
Vice President of Business Development at OnMed responsible for leading revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise sales for CareStation. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with enterprise customers (employers, payors, unions, and consultants), leads RFP responses and contract closures, expands partnerships and distribution channels, and represents OnMed at industry events. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Client Management, Finance, and Operations to align sales activities with product roadmap and business priorities. Requires 10+ years in business development or sales (5+ years selling to employers/unions), Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), exceptional negotiation and communication skills, CRM experience, and willingness to travel. This role is remote-friendly with a US focus and base salary in the $170k–$180k range plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar function, of which at least 5+ years selling to employers, or unions
- Proven success in selling to employers (HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, or Corporate Development audiences)
- Strong experience with unions and benefits consultants
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting
