Job Summary
Senior executive responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding ECW's customer portfolio across warehousing, transportation, drayage, and value-added logistics services. Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute a scalable growth strategy, identify and secure new business across warehousing, temperature-controlled logistics, port services, drayage, and integrated 3PL solutions; lead complex sales pursuits including RFPs/RFQs, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal execution; build executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders; oversee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations; lead and scale a high-performing business development and sales organization; own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics; support market entry, facility launches, and new service offerings across ECW's network.
